I am a native of Atlanta and have lived mostly in the northeast suburbs most of my life. I earned a BS in Business Administration from Lander University in 1989. I am a licensed Georgia Residential Basic Contractor and earned multiple certificates from Georgia Tech and IICRC for various types of renovation and mitigation. I’ve worked in the acquisition and development of land, multi family and residential projects and experienced in 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges.
My love for real estate started at a young age because of my direct exposure being the son of a successful land developer. I’ve been exposed to many aspects of the real estate business and people involved in it. Seeing how architecture and design have changed so much over several decades gives me a real appreciation of how much the business has evolved. Establishing new relationships and helping families and individuals realize their expectations is key, whether buying or selling.
My wife and I have been been married 12 years and we have four children ages 26, 20 and twin boys that are 9. We enjoy scouting, boating, traveling and four wheeling at our families farm. We attend North Point Community Church and we support several Autism non profits.
