There were more obstacles through the whole process but Ginny was cool and calm and knew just what to do. My journey started a year prior when I realistically not ready to sell/buy. Ginny, without fail, sent me listings that met my criteria for a year. Through her tenacious dedication we got to where I am now.

You see Ginny was not just my realtor she was my dream maker. It is because of her I went from a modest home 18 miles and a 60 min commute away from my 4 year old son to a beautiful home 3 min away. I am in Peachtree Corners within walking distance from Simpson Elementary & Pickneyville Middle School.

I can walk my son to school, we can walk to the river, playgrounds, several pools.

PTC is a dream neighborhood to raise a family. We have a family of deer that visited our front yard our 1st morning in our home……that’s what I’m trying to say. Ginny and her husband John have spent 3 decades making dreams come true. Ginny isn’t after the commission as much as she is finding the perfect fit for people. 

I am a grown man in his 50’s and I got down on my knees with tears in my eyes and thanked God in his infinite wisdom for sending Ginny & Kerry to my son and I. Thank you Ginny from the bottom of my heart for our home. Each day provides a new memory made .
